Quick Guide for Teachers

Stop typing URLs for students. Use the Bulk QR Code Generator add-on in Google Sheets. Paste your class roster and links (e.g., to ClassDojo, Epic!, or SeeSaw). Click "Generate". The add-on creates a printable sheet of QR code cards for your entire class instantly. Peel, stick, and scan!

If you teach K-2, you know the nightmare: Typing "http://site.com/login" on 25 separate iPads while 6-year-olds wait.

Clever Badges are great, but what if you want to link to a specific website that isn't on Clever? Or create a "WiFi Pass" for your classroom door? You need a simple, custom QR code generator that works with the tools you already use.

3 Ways to Use This in Your Classroom

The WiFi Door Sign

Create a code with your classroom network info. Visitors scan it to join instantly without typing passwords.

Station Rotation

Tape a code to each table. Table 1 scans to go to a YouTube video. Table 2 scans to open a Google Doc.

Login Cards

Student forgets their password? Scan their card to see a (hidden) hint or direct login link.

How to Make Them (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: The Sheet Setup

Open a new Google Sheet. In Column A, put student names. In Column B, put the URL you want them to go to.

| A (Name) | B (Link) |
| John Doe | https://www.getepic.com/sign-in |
| Jane Smith | https://web.seesaw.me/ |

Step 2: Generate

Install the Bulk QR Code Generator (it's free and GDPR compliant).

Select Column B as the QR Data. Choose a size (Medium is usually best for desk cards).

Step 3: Print & Laminate

The add-on creates a Google Doc with your codes in a neat grid. Print it out, cut them up, and laminate them for durability. Tape them to the corner of student desks or the back of their ID tags.

Why not just use a website generator?
