Step 1: Your Attendee Database
Use a Google Form for registration. This automatically creates a Google Sheet with columns for "First Name", "Last Name", and "Email".
Critical Step: Add a new column called "Ticket ID". You can use a formula like
=CONCAT("TICKET-", ROW()) to generate a simple unique ID for each person (e.g., TICKET-2,
TICKET-3). This ID is what you will embed in the QR code.
Step 2: Designing the Badge (Without Design Skills)
